Beth is a political economist, currently completing a PhD at the University of Leeds on the threat of economic rent extraction in a resource constrained future.
Beth lectures at MSc level on housing, banking reform and ecological economics. She helped set up the London Renters Union, and co-authored Land For The Many, a report for the Labour Party. She was previously a member of Labour's Sustainable Economics Working Group and a fellow at the New Economics Foundation.
